Muggle Awareness Month is a program meant to promote an understanding of Muggles and their culture among the wizarding community, in a manner similar to Muggle awareness-months. Originated by the Confederation's Department of Magical Education, the program is held in April of each year. In the third week of April 2008, the of the Charmbridge Academy took a field trip to the Territorial Headquarters Building and Wrigley Field in Chicago as part of Muggle Awareness Month. Payton Smith mentioned a "Muggle Awareness Week" during the Summer of 2010.
