He has visible scars, and can find adventurers or mercenaries for a fee, or offer his services to retrieve people or items imprisoned or confiscated by the Crown. He knows a lot about Marsember, but will only talk about its history, refusing to talk about the present-day city. He also has many contacts in Sembia.
