Jamfr Mesan was the Prime Minister of Had Abaddon during the time of the Great Sovereign Crusades, though neither he nor the planet participated in the war. He also participated as a soldier rebelling against Husen Al-Dubrir during the Second Ashlan Civil War. He was later able to use his heroism during the conflict to become a member of the planetary parliament in the wake of the war. Years later, he had gained a great deal of favor with the people of Had Abaddon and was elected Prime Minster of the planet.
