Large orange bulbs that grow on vines, found entangled in and around the abandoned hospital in the Arklay Mountains during the "Flashback" scenario. They are stationary and emit a poisonous cloud. The player could use the Green Chemical against them (they'll die in one hit) or the Axe as an effective weapons against them. If the player attacks them with any other kind of weapon, they'll get smaller into an idle estate for 30 seconds, and eventually, will be attacking the player again.
