These Jetpack Soldiers are very similar to their Imperial counterpart, as they carry the same weaponry, Jetpack, and Star Card, and differ only in appearence. Jetpack Soldiers don't begin to appear until the player reaches more than 25 points on Normal difficulty, 50 if the game is played on higher difficulties. They eventually replace the Quarren Heavy Gunner once the player reaches more than 80 points.
