Lawrence Leneir Dawsey (born November 16, 1967 in Dothan, Alabama) is a former American football player in the National Football League and current wide receivers coach at Florida State University. He won the UPI NFL-NFC Rookie of the Year award in 1991. Dawsey was an All-American at Florida State in 1990. Lawrence Dawsey is currently the wide receivers coach at his Alma Mater, Florida State University.
