Simplicity 2203 Child's Coat, Leggings, and Hat. The sturdy, double-breasted box coat is styled with a pleat at the center back. The leggings, always lined, are finished with suspenders. Six gores compose the crown of the hat and the brim is trimmed with rows of machine stitching. Grosgrain ribbon is used for the hat band. Style 1 has inset, flap pockets which are stitched through the coat. Style 2 features an open neck, lapels and flap pockets.
