May 29 2010 - SOMETHING'S MOVING ON THE LEFT Today the LLCP started a dialogue with the other leftist parties, NLS and the CPL.nm, and the libertarian party WLP. The goal is to achieve a stronger cooperation in Congress in order to 'leftify' the country. It is expected that most parties will react positively with the exception of the WLP, which kept itself more on the background lately. The CPL.nm follows its traditions by being more critical than its partners. Party official Yuri Medvedev stated that 'most people in Lovia are progressive, and a growing number is leftist but the country, it's institutions and law are very balanced. We need state owned companies and more economic regulation before I want to classify this country as left'.
