Throwing Axe +2 is an enchanted axe and it can be used in melee combat and as throwing weapon. The axe is enchanted with the ability to return to thrower, like a boomerang, making it the only ranged weapon requiring no ammunition. This weapon appears in Baldur's Gate and Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition. In Baldur's Gate, it can gained as loot in the third part of the Underground passages of Candlekeep at the end of Chapter six where the party is confronted by group of four assassins.
