Morti natives were a humanoid species native to the planet Morti. Centuries ago, Morti's sun died, forcing the inhabitants to construct an artificial one, which they trigger for only five hours each day to conserve its energy. Although they continued to live on the surface, they kept their farms underground, using transparent domes to let in sunlight.
