The Daytripper (Royal Racer outside North America) is an unlockable middleweight kart in Mario Kart Wii. The kart looks similar to the Heart Coach and Bloom Coach in Mario Kart: Double Dash!! It strengths are in the handling and mini-turbo areas, while its weaknesses are drift and top speed. It is usually white with ornate designs on the side and a cushioned seat. The design color depends on the character racing in it. It can be unlocked by winning the 150cc Leaf Cup, or by playing 2,700 races. Its bike-counterpart is the Sugarscoot.
