The S.P.A. Badge, rank 4 is a My Lego Network Badge rewarded to those who got a very high rank on their Club Page. Along with the S.P.A. Badge, Rank 1, 2 and 3, it allows users to befriend Dusty. Although all the other S.P.A. Badges use a capital "R" in the word, "Rank", curiously, the "R" is in lowercase in this Badge, most likely a typographical error.
