Changa was a Silesian native and an officer in Andre Warnecke's privateer squadron. Holding the rank of Lieutenant, he served as tracking officer of the heavy cruiser President Warnecke, and died when the ship was destroyed by the Royal Manticoran Navy. (HH6)
