A molecular miniaturization ray is a presumed fictitious energy particle device that can alter the molecular state of anyone or anything affected by the ray to have them significantly shrink down in size. As such an ability was considered scientifically impossible, it was likely considered magic. When about to infiltrate a heavily fortified Imperial facility and planning to do so, Sinjir Rath Velus sarcastically suggested to Temmin Wexley that they infiltrate via using a molecular miniaturization ray in order to fit through the facility's air ducts.
