Billy Hocslawger is a lazy, messy boy, first introduced in Operation: C.L.O.S.E.T.. His closet is so cluttered it became a tundra comparable to the Himalayan Mountains. Billy was kidnapped by one of his clothes, the Abominable Snowsuit, because he refused to wear it. After he was rescued by Numbuh 1 and the Kids Next Door, Billy decided to wear the Abominable Snowsuit, thus making it nice.
