Holly Hopper was the leader of the Utopian Cult. She was a suspect in two murder investigations before being a suspect in the murder of Fabrizio Gallardo in The Ship of Dreams (Case #37 of Pacific Bay) when she faked suicide to avoid indictment for her involvement in the Utopian Cult. She appeared again as a suspect in the murder of Tyler Snakes in Dead Carpet (Case #38 of Pacific Bay) when she was finally incarcerated.
