The Russian Hill Tower is an apartment block located in the Russian Hill region of the city of San Francisco on Earth. The tower was a popular location to live because of the excellent views of San Francisco Bay. Throughout most of his adult life, James T. Kirk, maintained an apartment at here, although he mostly occupied the dwelling during his days as Chief of Starfleet Operations and an instructor at Starfleet Academy.
