Julia Casey was the daughter of Michael Casey. Apparently she was with her family on Vega VII when they were attacked by the Kilrathi. 6 years later, she was onboard a Kilrathi slave ship in a bad state, not being able to talk or take care of herself. The ship was attacked by TCS Jerusalem and released the slaves. Confedhicom informed her father who was serving on the TCS Tiger's Claw.
