Marius Eugène Chaboud (born April 12, 1907-December 28, 1983) was a French racing driver who started racing with his friend Jean Tremoulet in 1936. Chaboud competed in three World Championship Grand Prix but his best days were behind him. A winner at the Le Mans 24 Hour in 1938, Chaboud retired from racing at the same event in 1952 when he tipped his car. It was whilst lying under his car, waiting to be rescued, that he decided to call time on his career.
