France is dramatically less likely to suffer Alcohol Abuse or Antisocial Behaviour from high Alcohol Consumption. However, its more prone to strikes; Doctors Strikes are less satisfied by the State Health Service, General Strikes are more upset by Poverty, Rail Strikes are less satisfied by Rail Subsidies, and Teachers Strikes are less satisfied by State Schools.
