Archon was a Nebulon-B2 frigate belonging to the Imperials. The frigate responded to the prison station Bundil II, which requested aid when the Dreadnaught-class heavy cruiser VTR-LX was disabled and its prisoners were rescued as part of a Rebel operation. By the time Archon arrived, the Rebels and prisoners had managed to escape the station, leaving a bomb that destroyed the Dreadnaught.
