North River Wharf was originally a small river port above rapids of the River of Gold, north of Clear Water Village. The port allowed the Crab to maintain a trade fleet and gave them access to Scorpion and Lion lands. It eventually grew into a small satellite village, containing a guard house, a teahouse, and the dwellings of the heimin. Hiruma Scouts were deployed in times of danger.
