Kyomeru was the a ronin bandit Lord, leader of the Mountain Goblin juzimai. The juzimai terrorized Mountain Goblin's Rest Road since the proscription of the Soshi family after the Scorpion Coup, until 1125, when they were utterly defeated by the Twelve Ronin. Kyomeru was taken prisoner and delivered to Shiro Iuchi for punishment.
