Ruthenia is a country on Eden-IV, bordered to the west by Germanistan. Ruthenia is largely rural and has no central authority. It is sparsely settled by village communities, consisting of log cabins and carrying out primitive agriculture and, to a surprising degree, even hunting and gathering. Much of Ruthenia is covered in woodlands. To the east, Ruthenia flows out into tundra and taiga. It is not known what exists beyond its borders in that direction. Ruthenia has neither a unified leadership, nor a national symbol.
