Rizzaffi is a port city on the Sirron Sea on Home. It is an extremely hot and humid city, making its weather among the most uncomfortable on the planet to the Race and Tosevites alike. American Ambassador Sam Yeager had foolishly insisted that his protocol officer, Trir, arrange for him to visit the city to satisfy his curiosity, which she did only after protesting. On reaching the city, Yeager wished he'd let her win the argument.
