Using this ability, Alanna will be able to produce a shield to protect herself. She will be able to raise the shield consciously and it will also appear reflexively if she feels threatened and has enough time to react. The shield will block all physical projectiles, and can be strengthened to also block abilities but this will tire her. She can only include others in this shield if she touches them.
