The Royal Guard Heavy Gunner Commander, is an elite variant of the regular Heavy Gunners of the Royal Guard. He is better trained than the Royal Army, and Regular Royal Guard Heavy Gunners, He is stronger and does more damage to the player. Unlike the regular Heavy Gunners, they only spawn in Northern Kyrat Fortress' and in some Eye for an Eye missions. They never ride in the back of Scavengers, or other vehicles. Three can be found at Pagan Min's fortress. He uses same qoutes as Royal Guard Heavy Gunner.
