Jeannie Carver was once engaged to Dupree the head of the Atlantic Heights mob however she called off the wedding appalled at his criminal lifestyle. Angered Dupree hires the dark one to take her out. She is later seen by Glen Wang floating in the river with two knifes in her eyes. Saddened by her death he vows revenge. She is voiced by Mary Elizabeth Winstead. She is also known as Donna Law.
