I find it a bit silly that people that I know aren't exactly premier smashers have their own pages in the main namespace; doesn't this seem odd? I doubt that a redirect to their userpage would kill them. It would make the "3,000" articles a lot less, considering how many smashers there are that have added their name to the global namespace.
