Estrellapuerto FC is one of the leading football teams in Republica Tallan. It was one of the big 3 clubs in the LPQ. After much deliberation it was decided by the LPQ that the top three clubs were to compete in international club competitions to make the LPQ less dominant. Estrellapuerto, after finishing third and winning the Commander's Cup, qualified for the Liga Mundo. Estrellapuerto FC officially joined the Liga Mundo on the 4th of July, 2008.
