It takes place in Davon's Watch, a large city in Morrowind. After the player defends Bal Foyen from the Daggerfall Covenant, they must go and warn the people of Davon's Watch of an impending attack. By the time the player arrives, the Covenant has already arrived at the city. The Vestige should head to Davon's Watch, so they can ensure the troops have been warned about the Covenant.
