Pelagius Potter, 12th Duke of Inverness (1675 - 1765) was a pure-blood wizard and a member of the noble branch of the Potter family. He was the son of Theodore Potter and his wife Catherine. He would later marry Margaret Slughorn and the two would have a son called Symmachus, who succeeded his father as Duke of Inverness.
