They appear at levels 69-71. They are armed with long-range cannons and will quickly engage any enemy opening fire upon them or the ships under their guard. They will not hesitate to use all their firepower to send scores of Pirate ships down to Davy Jones' Locker. These ships are armed with extremely powerful Firebrand rounds and Round Shot broadsides. The only other War Frigates that are on par with these are EITC Tyrants. These ships also have the ability to sail without sails. Navy Elites can be described as a much stronger version of the Navy Dreadnought. They also do much more damage.
