A dragon like monster under the control of Warden Kihano and the Alcatraz staff who is used to either keep prisoners in their place or to end their lives, should they prove to be too much trouble. It appears in the first episdoe of the Wild Arms Twilight Venom, Sleeping Dirty. It is unclear if it has free will or even the ability to think as it seems to be unquestioningly loyal to Warden Kihano. It has the ability to breathe fire and use electrical attacks. The Falconvien in Alcatraz is killed by a blast from Sheyenne Rainstorm's ARM, The Batour.
