To get this achievement, you must shoot a "Galboss" enemy. If you don't find one sooner, you will have a 100% chance of finding one on stage 30 or 31. Go to Help and Options -> Options to set the default amount of lives. Set "Extend" to "1st 20000 2nd 60000" and "Lives" to "4" for optimal easiness.
