Vic is a young information seller living on the streets of Kolton. Although Vic's mannerisms and attitude are very masculine, Vic is actually a girl, though the only one who shows knowledge of it is Dominica. She had a brother who died due to the same disease that Edward contracted. It is implied that she gained a crush on Capell. Capell accidentally felt her up while rescuing her from falling, and began to question whether she was a female, after saying 'something doesn't feel right'. Her title even changes to 'Boy?'. She later becomes a retainer of Edward's. She uses knives in battle.
