An unnamed Consultant updated Chrissie Sugden and her son Lachlan White on Chrissie's father Lawrence White's after Lawrence was shot in the abdomen in July 2016. She told Chrissie and Lachlan that Lawrence had lost a lot of blood as well as a small tear in an aortic artery caused by a pellet of the bullet. She explained Lawrence was currently in surgery, to try to repair the tear.
