A western Pennsylvania attorney accused of misusing money from the trust fund of a dementia patient has resigned as solicitor of a Pittsburgh suburb, but is keeping his seat on Allegheny County Council. Charles McCullough said he quit his solicitor's job in upscale Upper St. Clair to focus his time on his criminal defense. Jordan has told investigators she didn't give permission for McCullough to make the donations. McCullough's attorney said the expenses were accounted for an approved by the Orphan's Court last year.
