This is a preliminary Core Ability list. It is defined by Abilities found in either the Castle Falkenstein Core Book or Comme Il Faut. You can only choose your "Poor" Abilities from this list. You may create Custom Abilities that are not on this list and raise them to Good or above, if you so choose.
