Boots of lightfootedness are a quest item players must find and wear during the Temple of Ikov quest. They allow the wearer to cross a bridge and get a lever. If player doesn't wear them during crossing they will fall off the bridge to Scorpions and get hit up to 16 damage. A ladder must be then climbed to get out, just northwest of the dungeon entrance. Note: Boots of lightfootedness are not required when coming back from the lever room.
