Montelepre is a small town and comune located in the Province of Palermo, in Sicily. It fell under Don Guido Quintana's influence, who was also the town's Mayor. The famous Sicilian bandit Salvatore Giuliano was born here, as well as his lieutenant, Gaspare Pisciotta. It was also the hometown of assassin Mosca and his associate Spara. Don Altobello went to visit the two assassins in 1980, asking them to kill Michael Corleone during his stay in Sicily.
