Justin Moreno is an American independent scene wrestler based in Huntington Beach, California. He currently tours with the LEGACY promotion based out of Washington, D.C. and he has spent time in various organizations such as Outlaw Pro Wrestling, True Talent Wrestling, and Wolf Pack Wrestling. He was also a wrestling promoter for the now defunct Reckless Wrestling Federation.
