George is the current Mayor of the town of Rocksford. Known as "the kind soul" (because of his kind and friendly disposition) around town, he has come to a point where he swore to protect the town no matter what. He keeps a Browning with him at all times in case he spots some trouble or trouble comes to him, and is one of the most friendliest people in town. He was one of the hostages in the TB Busting, but he managed to escape unharmed and warn the F.O.R.C.E.S. just in time. As the mayor, he has a sense of kindness to the people of town, and has a good heart despite less experience in several fields of real combat.
