Interloper Squadron, along with Stranger Squadron, was one of two squadrons of TIE/D Defender starfighters that was dispatched by Colonel Broak Vessery, under orders from the "real" Ysanne Isard, to rescue Rogue Squadron from the trap set by Prince-Admiral Delak Krennel at the Battle of Distna.
