Iantras (5. "Brige of the Cape") was a small harbor and fishing-town about eighty miles west of the Morthond-Ringlo estuary.The town served as the residence for the Hando of East Anfalas. The population was around 1800, a large part of which made its living as part-time fishermen or sailors.The surrounding area was covered with many large fens, making it poor agricultural country. The town was situated alongside the estuary of a small creek, forming a deep and protected harbor for up to medium-sized vessels.
