These fine thin durable wires that are used by Ito "Usotsuki" Kouen are extremely durable on their own. They are very similar to the ordinary wire strings used by most shinobi except these strings can be more easily fused with chakra and can also retain the users chakra. While it is nearly impossible to break through the wires with physical strength alone they are quite susceptible to slashing style attacks from blades and other sharpened object, they also have a weakness to lightning based jutsu.
