"Gloryhole" is the unofficial name for the song a gay gene-influenced Peter Griffin sings to his son Chris in "Family Gay". It accompanied the word problem he gave as an example to help Chris with his math homework. The problem was: "If there are three gloryholes in the bathroom at the club and 28 guys at the circuit party, how many rotations of guys will it take before everybody has a turn?".
