Theodore I Komnenos-Manuelidis (Greek: Θεόδωρο Α 'Κομνηνό-Μανουηλίδης) (1347 - 17 May 1379 was Emperor of the Komnenos-Manuelidis-Atlantean Empire from 1377 to 1379. He was the second Diadochian emperor to not rule from Atlantis as the result of a split of the Diadochian Empire (historically known as the Atlantean Empire) into two warring states in 1367.
