The user simply utters words infused with his chakra, usually poetic and in reference to the way in which the illusion will affect the victim, Heiwa traps anyone whom had heard the words into another world. A world of illusions, all in Heiwa's will. It could be reality, heaven, or the target's worst nightmares. The difficulty of the genjutsu for the victims is releasing it. Despite it not being a bloodline limit, it is nearly impossible to copy and reverse it's complex mechanisms, and it cannot be stopped by simply stopping one's chakra flow. Despite it's potent power, however, there is a simple way to release it. Raiku was able to end the illusion through reciting a poetic chant which opposes the one cast by Heiwa, thus ending the illusion.
