The former Secretary of Defense under President Owen Lassiter. A Lieutenant Colonel in the Marines and at one point a National Security Advisor under President Nixon. During Lassiter's first term, Secretary Bodine made some comments that were taken to be anti-semitic which caused a slight controversy. However the problem was cleared up when Secretary Bodine apologized for what he said while supported by Secretary of the Treasury Max Pearlman and Attorney General Dwight Mothman, both of whom were half-Jewish. Bodine would later travel aboard Air-Force One alongside the former members of Lassiter's cabinet to President Lassiter's funeral.
